What is BOXBOX and how does it work?
BOXBOX is a fresh, fast-casual restaurant based in Denver, offering boldly flavored chicken, pasta, and veggie salads, all boxed to share. Starting July 28, 2025, you can order catering boxes for 6–24 people online for pickup or delivery (within 5 miles of our East Colfax location). Just unpack, set out, and enjoy—no cooking required.

How do I place an order and how far in advance do I need to order?
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance through orderboxbox.com. You’ll select your box size (Small or Large) and customize your box from our rotating seasonal menu.

What type of food does BOXBOX serve?
We serve chicken salads, pasta salads, and seasonal veggie salads. Each box includes a curated mix of salads, crackers, and sweet treats. The menu features bold, crowd-pleasing flavors with plenty of options for gluten-free, vegan, high-protein, and vegetarian diets.

Does BOXBOX deliver? Where do you serve?
Yes! BOXBOX delivers within a 5-mile radius of 5038 East Colfax Ave in Denver. This includes neighborhoods like Cherry Creek, Glendale, Central Park, Downtown, and Washington Park. Pickup is also available from our storefront.

Is BOXBOX available for individuals or just groups?
Currently, BOXBOX is launching with group orders and catering only. BOXBOX is perfect for any casual or celebratory gathering—think office lunches, book clubs, family dinners, game nights, baby showers, and backyard hangs. The shareable nature of our food makes hosting easy, joyful, and stress-free.
Later this fall, we’ll roll out myBOX (for one) and ourBOX (for 2–4), plus an in-store dining experience once nearby construction is complete.

Does BOXBOX offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options?
Yes! BOXBOX is designed to be diet-inclusive and allergy-conscious. Our rotating menu includes plenty of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and high-protein options to accommodate diverse diets. Each dish is labeled clearly, and we follow strict allergen-handling protocols during prep. However, please note that all items are prepared in the same facility, so if you have a severe allergy, reach out to us directly at hello@orderboxbox.com before placing your order.
