Meet the Founders
Hi, we’re Tim & Laurie 👋
We created BOXBOX to make gatherings easier, healthier, and more delicious.
Tim has spent his career immersed in the food and beverage world—working in kitchens in Telluride, consulting on restaurant development, and designing on-mountain dining experiences for Vail Resorts. Laurie’s background is in building and marketing hospitality brands, from creating and evaluating standards for major hotel chains to leading marketing strategies for a luxury travel club. We met during grad school at Cornell University and have been crafting our lives around hospitality, travel, good food, and unforgettable experiences ever since.
At the heart of it all, we just love hosting—whether it’s backyard concerts, book clubs, family gatherings, or community events. That passion for connection and celebration inspired BOXBOX: bold, stress-free, and healthful food made for sharing.
